Every year at the end of January the sleepy city of Tucson, AZ (often called The Old Pueblo) erupts with activity for two months for the Tucson Gem and Mineral Shows. Hordes of people from around the world pile into tents and hotels throughout the town, to buy and sell products imported from around the world. It’s a melting pot of culture that blends talent and artistry with business and negotiation. It’s the ultimate treasure hunt and I happen to live here. My name is Kevin Serrato and I am the founder of Pueblo’s Keep and with my family and friends we have created an online marketplace to make this spectacular event available to you.
Over the years we’ve collected our treasures and made contacts with the artisans who make them. We work with them first, to learn about their materials and processes and then how to share theses product with our customers. In these experiences I have made many friends from all over the world and through their products I would like to introduce them to you.
We are new to this sales venue, but our experience is broad and measured in decades. Our principles below come from our experience.
We focus on quality products and when a product is lacking in quality (either in the material or craftsmanship) we adjust the price accordingly. If you’re like me, I don’t mind buying something that is short lived as long as it is not too expensive.
We back our products with a money back guarantee. If you are unhappy with your purchase you can return it for a refund.
We don’t misrepresent our products. Our team loves research and we do our best to accurately describe our products and provide as much background information as we can find.
Our team is small, so we have to work hard and back each other up to get the job done. As we grow, this culture will persist to develop a dynamic team that delivers quality products at a reasonable price.
New products are added every day and we will continue to hunt for more. Please check back with us frequently.
